Sharky è un ratto antropomorfo di professione avvocato. È avido e malvagio e si allea con Azure Blue per conquistare il Nord America e in seguito tutto il mondo. Ma puntualmente i suoi piani malvagi vengono sventati da Paperino e nipoti.
