Iron Man has reverted back to his classic armor due to critical problems with his Renaissance Armor taking over his body and becoming sentient. In this editor's opinion, it is logical that Stark is using the Model 4 model, which is the most advanced of his classic armor.
The Black Widow meets with Iron Man this issue and then "disappears". The mystery of where she went, as well as some plot lines from this story, is continued in Thunderbolts #43.
