After another grudge starts between the Super-Sons and their fathers, they decide to join a therapy group, the encounter camp Enoyreve, in the mountains. The director, Dr. Zamm, makes the heroes stand a few tests to find any trouble and he becomes aware that there are obvious tensions between them. Zamm suggests that fathers and sons should switch for an entire day in order to find balance between them. Unfortunately, after the switch is done, a mystery involving a savage killer slaying animals (Sheriff Latimer and his deputy discover a dead grizzly bear, torn apart by strength beyond that of its natural enemies) and destroying abandoned cabins and fences comes to the heroes' attention; and they all decide to investigate while still working with each family member switched. At first, the switch seems to work, but when the heroes are unable to solve the mystery because of the youngsters' recklessness, the situation remains the same despite the change.

However, the Super-Sons and their fathers are informed by the military that the whole mystery of the mountains is caused by Bio-X7, their top agent who was critically injured in a car accident and became a test subject for Operation Super-Agent, with superhuman powers gained from bionic implants and a tiny nuclear power-pack, who has escaped from their facility and has started creating havoc at random. Also, the military no longer know what Bio-X7 looks like; the doctors had rebuilt his face, which was damaged in the accident, but Bio-X7 vanished before the bandages could be removed and his new features photographed. The heroes try once again to stop Bio-X7 without success. After another failure, each father and son appreciate their own family member and the therapy session proves successful. Despite the Super-Sons and their fathers not being able to capture the test subject, Bio-X7 — who turns out to be fellow Enoyreve guest Mr. Bell — destroys himself after he saves an entire town from nerve gas which he himself had unleashed and the heroes resume their normal activities after the threat has passed.
