Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 #122, July, 1973
Although the Green Goblin seemingly dies here, he survived thanks to a healing factor that allowed him to heal from his injuries, as revealed in Spider-Man: The Osborn Journal #1. He goes into hiding after this, reappearing in Amazing Spider-Man #412.
Although Gwen Stacy is killed here, she is brought back to life briefly years later as seen in Clone Conspiracy #1-5.
The Green Goblin didn't just kill Gwen Stacy because she was dating Peter Parker. He also did so because they had an affair circa Amazing Spider-Man #61, as revealed in Amazing Spider-Man #509-514.
The Green Goblin learned Spider-Man's secret identity in Amazing Spider-Man #39.
